Parcel Opening Condition

All customers are requested to make a complete video while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:

  • The parcel condition before opening
  • The opening process
  • The product inside the parcel

Without an opening video, no claim for replacement or refund will be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is not working properly
  • Is different from what you ordered

We will replace the product within 24 hours after verifying your complaint.

Important Conditions

  • The customer must provide a clear parcel opening video.
  • Complaints without video proof will not be accepted.
  • The claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Products damaged by misuse or physical damage caused by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

Our parcels are allowed to be opened at the time of delivery for customer satisfaction and verification.

Refund Policy

Currently, we offer replacement only. Refunds are not available unless approved by our support team under special circumstances.
